Territory planning and reporting up can feel daunting at times. It is important to establish your north star, and refer back to that multiple times each quarter. I will work with you to help with your sales strategy, and help provide a repeatable template that allows you to share with leadership for reporting.

Figuring out which tools to have in your bag is half of the battle with sales. How to find prospects, how to leverage CRM, and how to write a good sales script. During our time together I will go through all of these together to ensure you are hitting the mark and being as effective as possible.
